6-time Grammy Award-nominated rapper GloRilla has been under fire the past 24 hours after a clip of her sister criticizing her went viral. In the video, her sister claimed that her sister has not adequately supported the family financially, noting that their mom still works at FedEx.

While a lot of famous people use their newfound wealth to “retire” their parents, it takes a lot more money to do that than you'd think. A lot of young artists are not making as much as you'd think they'd be making, and might not have the bandwidth to offer constant financial support to their family.
GloRilla has been public about her difficult childhood, growing up as the 8th of 10 siblings, sleeping on the floor, and not always having enough to eat. The public doesn't know all of the details about her past and how she feels about her family members, but suffice it to say, she might not want to support someone who did not support her basic needs during the most vulnerable time of her life.

GloRilla's sister, Victoria Woods, was even shameless enough to ask her sister to send her $ 2,500 (a very specific number), and later shared that rapper Tony Lanez sent her the money she had asked her sister to send.
As someone who doesn't know anyone involved, I have a feeling GloRilla isn't ignoring her family's public requests for money for no reason.
